• Concept design, 3D visualisation and user scenario (guest capacity, circulation)
• Pool engineering: structure, hydraulics, overflow channel and balance tank, filtration and disinfection (chlorine, salt, UV, ozone)
• Waterproofing: double-layer membrane / crystalline systems, testing and records
• Hammam and steam room: dome, heated marble platform, basins; steam generator and humidity extraction
• Sauna: timber selection, heater, ventilation
• Humidity and temperature control: dehumidification units, heat pump, surface-condensation measures

Process and Timeline

1. Survey and brief (1 week) — ground, existing structure, usage scenario.
2. Concept and engineering (2–4 weeks) — 3D, hydraulic and mechanical calculations, material list.
3. Shell and waterproofing (3–6 weeks villa / 2–3 months hotel) — pool body, water test.
4. Mechanical and finishes (2–4 weeks villa / 2–3 months hotel).
5. Commissioning and handover — water balance, automation, operator training.

Hygiene, Safety and Energy

Automatic dosing and measurement, UV/ozone-assisted disinfection, anti-slip finishes, overflow-channel safety and accessible access are standard design inputs. Heat pumps, pool covers and heat-recovery dehumidification permanently lower running costs.
