What you should know

  • The grant is non-repayable; loan repayment starts 2 years after the building permit, over 10 years, with the first year interest-free.
  • The risk assessment must be completed by 31 December 2026. The programme covers buildings in Istanbul only.

Frequently Asked Questions

01Does the calculator show the construction cost?
No. It shows only the total of the grant, loan and relocation support announced by the Ministry for your building. Because the construction cost and the owners' contribution depend on storeys, unit sizes, ground and finish level, we prepare a separate feasibility for each building.
02Does it apply to buildings outside Istanbul?
No; "Half on Us" covers at-risk buildings in Istanbul only. In Ankara, İzmir and other provinces the Ministry's general rent-support and loan programmes apply; we have separate guides for those cities.
03What happens after I request a feasibility?
Our team calls you within 24 hours, collects the title-deed and zoning details and, if needed, surveys the building free of charge. We then prepare a building-specific pre-feasibility covering public support, estimated construction cost and owners' contribution. There is no fee or commitment at any stage.
