Savaş Grup A.Ş. is the company, founded in 1998, that grew out of the site experience its founder Serdar Savaş began building in 1989. We are based in Sancaktepe, Istanbul.
We build factories, hotels, housing and villas, carry out urban renewal and building strengthening, and deliver interiors along with swimming pools, Turkish baths, saunas and steam rooms.
We work with our group companies on architectural design, pool and spa installation and manufacturing, so a project's structure, services, interiors and landscaping move forward under one contract.

Besides Türkiye, we have completed projects in Serbia, Romania, Algeria, the United Arab Emirates (Dubai), Qatar and Iraq. We worked with local partners on these projects and run the process through weekly photo reports, video calls and 3D renders. On large projects we partner with investors and local contractors project by project.
Our Vision
To make the contracting model standard in urban renewal and private projects: owners build without giving up flats or land shares, under a contract that prices every item.

Our Mission

The principles that define us
We do not quote a single price per m²
Materials and labour move independently through the year, so one square-metre figure misleads. We survey the site, take off quantities and price every item — our proposal is a document you can compare.
The seismic code is not negotiable
Structural and reinforcement decisions follow the Turkish Seismic Code (TBDY-2018). The ground survey comes first; we do not take seriously any figure given before it.
Quality is a documented process
We work to an ISO 9001 quality management system. Quality is not something inspected at handover — it is recorded throughout construction.
One team from structure to landscaping
Structural, mechanical, interior, pool and landscape works run under one contract and one coordination. Gaps between trades do not become the client's delay.
The site stays transparent
Weekly progress reports, photographic records and health-and-safety audits are standard. The client knows where the work stands without visiting the site.
Distance does not break project management
We have worked in 6 countries. On projects abroad we run the process together through regular video calls, photo reporting and 3D renders — as if we were in the same room.
