01Does the configurator give a price?
No. A single price per square metre varies so much between projects that it misleads. Instead we take your brief and, after a site survey, prepare an itemised quotation based on quantities.
02Is the sketch an architectural drawing?
It is not. The sketch is a schematic of your choices, there so you can see how floors, rooms and extras turn into a mass. The architectural project is drawn by our own architects once the soil survey and zoning position are settled.
03I have no plot yet — can I still use it?
Yes. Just pick "I am looking for a plot". Knowing what you have in mind lets us advise on the plot size and zoning conditions that would suit it.
