01What should I include in a quote request?
The plot/building address, zoning or title details if available, the target size (m² or number of rooms/units), intended use and target date are enough. If you have drawings or a risk report, mention it and share it at the meeting.
02How long does a proposal take?
First contact within 24 hours; after the survey, the quantity-based proposal takes 3–10 working days depending on project size. For urban renewal, the owners'-meeting briefing is included in that period.
03Is the proposal a fixed price?
The proposal rests on an itemised bill of quantities and material list and is fixed in the contract. Only scope changes you request are priced separately; payment is progress-based, as the work advances.
