    What are the steps in the residential & villa construction process? First, site analysis and soil survey are conducted. Then, architectural, structural, and MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) projects are prepared, and necessary permits are obtained. The construction process starts with excavation, followed by structural installation, wall and facade works, installations, and interior finishing. Finally, inspections are completed, and the residence or villa is delivered turnkey.
    How are construction costs calculated? Cost calculation considers building area, number of floors, material quality, architectural design features, thermal insulation, and smart home systems. Generally, costs range between 8,000–20,000 TL per m². Standard residential projects are more economical, while custom luxury villas and projects with high-quality materials have higher costs. Final pricing is provided after project details are finalized.
    What types of projects do you have experience with? We have extensive experience in apartment projects, gated community residences, luxury villas, residential complexes, and custom-designed standalone houses. We create modern and functional living spaces tailored to client needs.

Single-story standalone villas typically take 6–8 months, medium-scale apartments and villas 10–14 months, and large residential site projects 14–20 months.     What post-delivery warranty services are offered? Before delivery, all electrical, mechanical, and installation systems are tested. Structural construction is covered by a 2-year warranty, mechanical systems by 1 year. Six months of free technical support and maintenance planning is provided after delivery. Optional long-term maintenance agreements are also available.
