Architectural and structural plans are then prepared, and necessary permits and licenses are obtained. The construction process begins with foundation excavation, followed by the installation of load-bearing systems, floor and façade construction, mechanical and electrical systems, and interior arrangements. Finally, all tests are completed, and the hotel is delivered turnkey to the investor.
    How are hotel construction costs calculated? Cost calculation considers the hotel's concept (boutique, 4-star, 5-star, resort), number of rooms, architectural features, material quality, and amenities. Costs generally range from 10,000 to 25,000 TL per m². Simple city hotels are more economical, while resort projects with SPA, pools, ballrooms, and luxury amenities are higher. Final pricing is determined after project and specification review.
